David Corneail

David Corneail is an American folk artist, best known for his unique combination of symbolism and pop art. David uses a variety of media, including colored pencil, oil, pastel, and digital art.

Growing up in poverty and experiencing loss. David chooses topics that affect everyone such as homelessness, racism, poverty, gentrification, food deserts, and human impact on our future.

Through his art, David strives to express the need to stay positive through life’s difficult situations. David has spent time living in Detroit, Washington, D.C. and is currently resides in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
